Cases Move Forward Against Women Who Aided Selma Murder Suspect

WAL NEWINFO PKG2From the West Alabama Newsroom–

The case against two Selma women who helped a wanted murder suspect skip town is moving forward.

Jalysa Turner and Kenyatta Wilson are each charged with hindering prosecution first-degree.

Police say the women drove Vadarious Hall out of the state after he shot Jermaine Tarver to death in Selma last month.

Hall is still on the loose and police say he’s armed and dangerous.

“Miss Turner she waived her case to the grand jury so that’ll be presented to a Dallas County grand jury within the next two months,” said Dallas County District Attorney Michael Jackson.

“The co-defendant who also got charged with hindering prosecution that case would be going in August.”

We’re going to try to get these cases moving as fast as possible.
