Capital City Club “Croons for a Cure”
On Saturday night, the Capital City Club was crooning for a cure.
The event was a benefit for the American Cancer Society and Augie’s Quest, an organization that raises money for Lou Gehrig Disease research. Local singers sung along with The Montgomery Recreators in a competition for the most votes. Those who attended were given one vote for every dollar donated.
All the money goes to benefit charity.
