Montgomery Police: “Death Investigation” Underway in Apartment Shooting
Montgomery Police are also investigating a shooting death at a Montgomery apartment complex.
According to police, this is a death investigation. They say the shooting happened around 5 Saturday night at the McGehee Park apartment complex on Governor’s Drive. When officers got there, they found a man with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Sunday, Montgomery Police were on the scene continuing the investigation. At this time, the shooting is not being called a homicide–but a death investigation.
Police say they are not releasing more details right now, but we’ll bring them to you as soon as we get them.
