Arrest Made in Saturday Murder
An arrest has been made in a Saturday shooting that ended the life of a Montgomery man.
Police are charging Lamont Williams with one count of capital murder…
Williams was taken into custody by detectives today and taken to the Montgomery County Detention Facility with no bond.
Police were calling this a death investigation…but now say…it is homicide.
They say the shooting happened around 5 Saturday night at the McGehee Park apartment complex on Governor’s Drive.
When officers got there…they found a man…Willie Tubner, Junior suffering from a gunshot wound.
He died at the scene.
