A very active weather pattern is ahead for us this week. An area of low pressure will be moving through the region and this will provide a good rain event for the area. Showers & t-storms will develop each day with some lingering into the evening and possibly overnight. Rainfall potential will range between 1 to 3 inches across the region. Clouds and rain will definitely knock the heat down this week. 90s will still be possible but if storms occur early enough, temps will only manage 80s for highs.
