Montgomery Police Investigating Two Overnight Homicides

Montgomery Police are investigating two separate homicides.

According to Sgt. Denise Barnes, the first happened around 3:15 A.M. Saturday in the 4700 block of Park Towne Way. Police say when they arrived, they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to a hospital, where he later died. No arrests have been made.

Police say a separate shooting happened around 3:40 A.M. Saturday. They say they found the victim in the 100 block of Truett Drive, although they believe the shooting happened in a different location. The man was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he died. No arrests have been made.

Right now, police say they believe the incidents are unrelated.
