Wetumpka’s Jadarious Martin earns “Impact Player of the Week” honors
MILLBROOK, Ala. (AlabamaNews.Net) — Wetumpka High School quarterback Jadarious Martin has been selected as Capital Hyundai’s Impact Player of the Week.
Martin, the Indians’ sophomore signal caller, rushed for 2 touchdowns and 207 yards on just 14 carries Friday night against the home standing Mustangs.
Martin also threw for another TD as Wetumpka cruised 54-37 over Stanhope-Elmore.
The Indians are now 3-1 as the enter their bye week to prepare for the Greenville Tigers September 23rd.
