MPD Investigate Child Shot in Montgomery Neighborhood

MPD is investigating an overnight report of shots fired into an occupied home that apparently resulted in the wounding of a juvenile. The child was treated and released at a local hospital.

The incident occurred shortly before 3 a.m. on Garden Street in the Chisholm community.

MPD is working to determine the circumstances of this shooting, and police ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 215-STOP, Secret Witness at 262-4000, or the Montgomery Police Department at 652-2831.

No arrests have been made at this point in the investigation.
