Beautiful But Awfully Dry
Nothing new with our weather and I don’t see any changes through the rest of the week. This means hot and dry conditions continue until further notice. Temps will top out 5 to 10 degrees above average highs for this time of the year. Not a drop of rain in sight and so the drought conditions worsen. Mean while, hurricane Matthew plows through the NW Bahamas on its way to the Florida east coast. Looks like a possible landfall Thursday night into Friday then move northward along the coast toward Georgia/South Carolina over the weekend. We continue to emphasize no direct impact from the hurricane on our area.
