Gov. Bentley and First Lady Call for the Resignation of Federal Judge Fuller

Governor Bentley and First Lady Dianne Bentley have joined a growing number of Republican Alabama politicians calling for the resignation of federal judge Mark Fuller.The pair say Fuller he hasn’t set a good example as a leader. Fuller is accused of beating his wife during a fight inside a hotel room in Atlanta. The judge’s cases have been reassigned he has declined to comment on calls for his resignation. Others calling for Fuller’s resignation include both Alabama U-S Senators, Jeff Session and Richard Shelby, Representative Terri Sewell, State Democratic Party Chair Nancy Worley, and Democratic Gubernatorial Candidate Parker Griffith.
