Judge Convicts Montgomery Man Of DUI Murder
A judge has convicted a Montgomery man of DUI murder. Kevin Croskey plead guilty to the murder of Ashley Mock and the Assault of her boyfriend Jeremy Gaines. Investigators say he was traveling on Yarbrough Street as the couple was saying goodnight when the SUV Croskey was driving struck both of them last October. Investigators say Croskey had a point .24 blood alcohol level. Croskey will be sentenced next month… He could face between 10 years to life in prison.
