Cooler Weather Sticks Around

We finally broke out of the record or near record warmth of the last week or so and now are able to enjoy weather that is much more seasonable for early November. It will be chilly across the river region tonight. Temperatures will fall into the mid and upper 40s. Tomorrow will be another fine day of sunshine and afternoon highs in the mid 70s. The sunny and pleasant weather will continue right on through Tuesday. Overnight lows will be around 50 degrees through then. On Wednesday, slight chances for rain return but rainfall totals will be minimal, and not everyone sees rain. Afternoon high temperatures will remain in the 70s all week. Highs will only be in the lower 70s towards the end of the work week, and by next weekend highs may drop into the 60s with lows in the mid to upper 30s. Still doesn’t look like we will see any significant rainfall in the next 8 days, so the drought conditions will persist.
