It’s the college football dream, the grand prize and symbol of national champions.

The College Football Playoff National Championship trophy has traveled across the country for the past 11 weeks… And now it’s in Montgomery.

“you have seen it on TV. You’ve seen Alabama hosting it. You could see Auburn hosting it this year. Its something you can get close to even before your team does. Say hey I’ve seen taht, I’ve been real close to it, you just can’t touch it,” said Ryan Kasmiersky, trophy manager.
It’s made of 24 karat gold, bronze and steel, weighs about 35 pounds.
It’s about 26 inches tall.

And its definitely seen a lot of the country.

“We do a lot for Dr. Pepper and their clients as well. This trophy has been a lot of places. We came in from San Francisco last week. We were at the Washington/ Cal Berkeley game. It gets it’s miles for sure,” said Kasmiersky.

If you’d like to see the trophy, it will be at the Ann St. Walmart in Montgomery Friday, Nov. 11 from 1-3pm,  and it will be at the Wetumpka Walmart from 4-6pm.
