Businesses Prepare for Tuskegee Homecoming Crowds

Tuskegee University’s 90th annual homecoming is this weekend. Businesses there hope that means a boost in revenue.
Local businesses expect hundreds of out-of-town visitors for the festivities, and that’s good news for new restaurants trying to get the word out. Residents say the number of visitors is on the rise.
“It gets really packed. I’m from tuskegee, and it has really grown since I stayed here. there’s a lot of students, but also alumni and other people come back just for this event,” said Terence Jackson, a Tuskegee student.
On Saturday, the Golden Tigers face off against Kentucky State University. Kickoff is 1 P.M.
