Selma Man Wanted for Attempted Murder Turns Himself In
Selma Police say a man wanted for attempted murder turned himself into police around 9:00 AM Tuesday morning. Leroy Jackson was wanted for shooting a 25-year-old man on Philpot Avenue and Lauderdale Street in Selma on saturday. The victim was air lifted to a hospital in Montgomery in critical condition. Jackson is currently being held at the Dallas County Jail without bond. The investigation is still ongoing into the shooting.
