Jurors Return for Deliberations Today in The Perjury trial of Barry Moore
Jurors will return for a second day of deliberations in the perjury trial of republican representative Barry Moore.
A verdict was unable to be reached after two hours of deliberations yesterday. Prosecutors have accused Moore of lying to a grand jury about comments he made to his 2014 primary opponent.Â
Moore took the stand in his own defense Wednesday.Â
Moore was elected to the Legislature in 2010. If convicted of the felony charges he will be removed from office
