Shady Oak Lane Burglary Suspect Has Been Identified

The Prattville Police Department officially notified CrimeStoppers that a suspect involved in the Shady Oak Lane burglary was identified and taken into custody on January 25, 2017.

The suspect was identified as Montgomery resident Terry Wayne Montgomery.

Terry Montgomery has been taken into custody and charged with two counts of Burglary 3rd degree and two counts of Theft of Property 3rd degree. He is currently being held at the Autauga County Detention Facility.

On Monday, January 23, 2017, CrimeStoppers alerted the public to a residential burglary that occurred January 23, 2017.

Photos were shown of an unidentified male entering the homeowner’s storage shed and stealing tools that exceeded $800 dollars in value.
