Auburn Fans Weigh in on Ole Miss Game

The Auburn Tigers head back to Mississippi this weekend, this time hoping for a better outcome against Ole Miss.
Fans we talked to are hopeful, but some admit they’re a little unsure if they can pull it out.

“As far as an outcome, I’m still indecisive. Our defense is pretty strong. Our offense, as long as we can keep our running game strong, I think we’ll do well,” said Jeremy Raney.

Others are a little more confident in the team.

“We’re not worried about Ole Miss. I mean, we are going to do them like we did LSU couple weeks ago, not concerned,” said Adrian Lawhorn.

Auburn has had a tough schedule this year, and have a 6-1 record going into the game.

“It’s been a hard season, but it’s always hard season for Auburn. We always win in the end,” said Andrea Warren.

With such a strong SEC West, this year may be the toughest competition yet. And it’s made for some pretty exciting and unpredictable games.

“Over the past couple years, it’s just been really weird when it gets to the SEC teams. So you can never fully understand what’s going to happen. So really just a toss up in the air,” said Raney.

But these fans say if anyone can make it to the national championship this year… It’s Auburn.

“I think we gotta a good chance this year, got a good team. They’re young, strongminded, I think we’re gonna get it,” said Lawhorn

Auburn takes on Ole Miss Saturday at 6:00pm in Oxford.
