Demopolis Man Charged with Rape of Teen
On February 2, the Demopolis Police Department Criminal Investigations Division arrested Chad Smith, 20, of Demopolis, with second degree Rape.
Smith is said to have engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14-year old female.
He was processed and later transported the Marengo County Detention Center for a bond hearing.
