Marengo Co. Sheriff’s Office Arrest 5 in Drug Raid

The Marengo County Sheriff’s Office and local law enforcement agencies arrested five people.

Authorities executed search warrants at homes in Dixon Mills, Ala. on February 3. The operation concluded with the arrest of five Marengo County residents and the seizure of drug paraphernalia,  marijuana, prescription pills, a handgun and over $8,000 in cash.

Those arrested and their charges are listed below.

Kindarryln Agee of Dixon Mills, Alabama was arrested on charges of Possession of controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana First and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  Kindarryln Agee bond was set at $10,500.00.

 

Kevin Tyrone Dixon of Dixon Mills, Alabama was arrested on charges of Possession of drug paraphernalia and Possession of controlled substances. Kevin Dixon bond was set at $10,500.

 

Felicity Simone Moore of Dixon Mills, Alabama was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana Second, Possession of Controlled substance and Possession of drug Paraphernalia. Felicity Moore bond was set at $2,000.

 

Deshon Martez Smith of Dixon Mills, Alabama was arrested on charges of Possession of Controlled substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Deshon Smith bond was set at $5,500.

Lois Stubbs of Dixon Mills, Alabama was arrested on charges of Possession of Marijuana First and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Lois Stubbs bond was set at $3,000.
