UPDATE: Troy Capital Murder Suspect Taken into Custody

Alexis Shantell Boswell was taken into custody late last night in Jackson, Alabama by the Jackson Police Department.

The Troy Police Department was contacted just before midnight by Jackson Police Department who advised them that they had Boswell in custody. Officers from the Troy Police Department traveled to Jackson last night and brought Boswell back to Troy.

Alexis Shantell Boswell was processed through the Troy City Jail and incarcerated in the Pike County Jail for Capital Murder with no bond.
