MPD Arrest 4th Person in Fatal Shooting

Montgomery police arrested a 4th person in fatal shooting that happened during a robbery.
18- year old Jason Watson is charged with one count of capital murder and one count of first-degree robbery.
Watson turned himself in to the Monroe-Ville police department on saturday where he was then taken into custody by the montgomery police department yesterday.
26 year old Xxavier moses was shot and  killed on November 5th in the 57 hundred block of Calmar drive during a robbery.

A second of the robbery wasn’t injured. Watson is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond.
