Auburn Fans Welcome Team to Montgomery

The Auburn football team rolled into Montgomery this evening greeted by fans of every age.

Fans say last week’s game against Louisville in the Georgia Dome made them a little nervous for their team.

“Oh gosh, that was a nail biter for me watching it at home. I just think they have to get their nerves. I think that’s what it boils down to,” said Sonya Nelson.

But they are looking forward to Saturday’s game on the Plains.

“We just have a lot to work on and I think the players are ready to get the first game at home. And they are going come out tomorrow and be great,” said Hannah Hughes.

“For the upcoming game, I think this will be a great start for them at home with the jumbo-tron. Seeing Jeremy work at home. I think I’m just looking for ward to it. I think they are going to do a great job,” said Nelson.

So Friday night they are wishing their Auburn Tigers well as they get ready to hit the grid iron Saturday.

Auburn will take on Jacksonville State at 11am Saturday on the SEC Network.
