Ministers, Crimestoppers Gather for Vigil for Peace in Montgomery

Montgomery area ministers gathered today to pray for peace. The Vigil for Peace took place at Wright Brothers Park, and included those ministers as well as representatives from Alabama Crime Stoppers. They gathered to remember the victims of violent crimes and their families in our area.

Cathey Bruce, one of the reverends in attendance, says it’s important to remember and pray for the victims during the holiday seasons, as well as pray “for a safe and crime-free Thanksgiving, Christmas, as well as 365 days of the year in 2015.”
