Family Court Judge Charged with Ethics Violations

Family court judge, Anita Kelly, has been charged with six counts of ethics violations. Consequently, Kelly has been  suspended by the Montgomery County Family Court System.

Judge Kelly took office as a family court judge in Montgomery County (15th Judicial Circuit) in 2004.
