Sunday was a huge day in the City of Selma as cast and crew of the Oscar-nominated film gathered to walk across the Edmund Pettus Bridge.

Attendees include star and producer Oprah and director Ava DuVernay.

Common and John Legend also performed their Golden Globe-winning and Oscar-nominated song “Glory” from the movie.

“Selma” tells the story of the march for civil rights. The 50th anniversary of the Selma to Montgomery March is this year.
