Hunters have found bones that Dallas County officials say may be those of an elderly woman who wandered from her home in 2012.

District Attorney Michael Jackson says hunters found the bones Monday morning. He says DNA testing is being done to see if the remains are those of 90-year-old Adline George, who disappeared in July 2012 from her home in Beloit. That’s a community between Selma and Orrville.

Jackson says there was a large search when George went missing, and he hopes the discovery will bring closure to her family. (Copyright 2015 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.)
