Montgomery Man Convicted of Capital Murder Learns His Fate

A Montgomery man convicted of Capital Murder now learns his fate.

Nicholas Harris was sentenced to life without parole today for the killing of 32-year-old Darrell Howell, Junior.

The murder happened may of 2013 at the intersection of Brookview Drive and Dyas Drive. Police say the shooting may have stemmed from a fight after a car crash.

Another suspect, 23-year-old Joshua Sanders, was charged with capital murder in Howell’s death.
