The National Guard began its first round of vaccination clinics in Andalusia and Livingston, Alabama today to distribute COVID-19 vaccinations. Alabama School Dashboard Shows Continuing Drop in COVID-19 Cases

The Alabama Department of Public Health has released a new school dashboard of coronavirus cases as of March 20. The latest report shows a continuing drop in cases. Arrest Made in 2016 Missing Person Case

An arrest has been made in the missing person case of Starr Mulder, according to Elmore County Sheriff Bill Franklin.  Mulder was last seen at her home in Wetumpka in June 2016. Sheriff Franklin says Mulder’s estranged husband, Thomas Edward Whitehurst, has been charged with murder.  He was arrested Tuesday and is in jail under a $1 million cash bond. …

The Montgomery Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred around 7:30 on Tuesday, March 23.
