Montgomery police have charged Gonzalo Berrera, 42, with one count of first-degree rape, attempted rape and incest. This arrest is in connection to a sexual assault investigation that began on Oct. 9 involving a juvenile female family member. Berrera was taken into custody by MPD detectives Wednesday.
