Prison System Won’t Face Contempt Hearing on Staffing

Alabama won’t face possible federal court sanctions for failing to meet mental health staffing targets after reaching an agreement with attorneys for inmates. One Killed in Crash with 18-Wheeler in Greenville

A man has died after an early morning crash in Greenville. Police Chief Justin Lovvorn says the man was driving a pickup truck that collided with an 18-wheeler on the Greenville Bypass near Glendale Avenue. Two people familiar with the situation say West Virginia and Troy’s Neal Brown are completing a deal to make him the next coach of the Mountaineers. Funeral Held for Well-Known Pastor

Jared Decker, the pastor of Grandview Pines Baptist Church in Millbrook was laid to rest today. Decker died suddenly on December 28 after fainting in his home. He was 35 years old.
