Cadence Bank, State Bank Financial Corp. Expected to Finalize Deal for Merger

Cadence Bank and State Bank Financial Corp. are announcing a merger. Reports say that Cadence Bank’s corporate headquarters will move from Birmingham, to Atlanta following the merger.
