Violent Week in Montgomery

Crimestoppers' Tony Garrett says he's not surprised to see an uptick in crime this time of year.

Montgomery police are investigating two homicides. The first shooting happened Wednesday at 10 p.m. in the the 4100 block of Fitzpatrick Boulevard. The victim has been identified as 27 year old Roderick Bell. He was pronounced dead at the scene. A Montgomery city judge has been suspended amid ethics charges.
