According to police, a Fairfield man was shot and killed after using app to track down his stolen cell phone.
Police are investigating a deadly shooting in Fairfield. Fairfield Police Chief Leon Davis tells local media that a 23-year-old man was shot twice in the chest Sunday evening outside a church.
