Wife of 72-year-old man beaten to death in Macon County Jail files lawsuit
The wife of a 72-year-old veteran who was beaten to death by a cellmate in the Macon County Jail has filed a civil rights lawsuit against three deputies working at the jail, claiming they ignored his pleas for help.
