Inmate Escapes from Elba Work Release Center
Authorities say an inmate has escaped from the Elba Work Release Center in Coffee County. Joseph Thomas Butt, 28, was last seen at his assigned job site at approximately 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 22nd.
