Third Arrest Made in Montgomery Murder Case
Montgomery police have made another arrest in an ongoing murder investigation. Police have arrested 24-year-old Rapheam Griffin. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond. Griffin is charged in connection with the shooting death of Jermaine Hogan.
