The Human Rights Campaign is out with a ranking of the states based on the laws they have protecting LGBTQ persons. July 2017 Pride Event at Alabama Capitol Building The Human Right Campaign (HRC) is out with an annual ranking of 506 U.S. municipalities based on the legal protections they provide gay residents.
