MPD Make Arrest in Kiwanis Street Murder Investigation
The Montgomery Police Department has made an arrest in the May 4 shooting death of 22-year-old Demetrice Kelly of Montgomery. MPD charged Willie McLean, 34, with capital murder and placed him in the Montgomery County Detention Facility, where he is being held without bond.
