Stabbing In Macon County Leaves One Dead, One Injured

Macon County authorities are investigating a stabbing that left one man dead and sent another to the hospital. Sheriff Andre Brunson says that stabbing happened Wednesday night near Notasulga.  The second victim is in critical condition. Courthouse Records Damaged in Fire

The Macon County Courthouse was closed for a second day after a fire early Monday morning.  Now, County Leaders say some courthouse records were damaged or destroyed by the flames.
