One man is dead and another man is injured after an overnight shooting in Montgomery. Police say that 21-year-old Joshua Pettiway was shot and killed on Kelly Circle around midnight. They say the second victim has been hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Police are investigating what led up to that shooting.
