UPDATE: Missing Millbrook Man Has Been Found Safe
Michael Ray Headley, a 41-year-old Millbrook man with intellectual disabilities, was reported missing on October 7, 2020. Millbrook investigators found out that Headley may have made contact with an individual on social media, who may have picked him up and left the state.
