The Montgomery Advertiser, the largest daily newspaper remaining in Alabama, is calling for Governor Bentley to resign. They write that Bentley has “lost control of his judgment and trounced the public’s trust in his leadership”…that his actions are “degrading not only to him, but corrosive to the state of Alabama. They go far beyond a mere romantic dalliance, consummated or not.”…
