MPD: Man Injured in Sunday Shooting

Montgomery Police say a man was injured in a shooting Sunday afternoon. The shooting happened in the 3700 block of Riviera Road.  The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. MPD: Man Shot and Killed Early Sunday Morning

Montgomery Police are conducting a homicide investigation in the 1200 block of Bragg Street after a man was shot and killed early Sunday morning. Police say that shooting happened around 3:30 Sunday morning.  The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A man has been arrested and charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting that took place in early August, according to the Montgomery Police Department. MPD charge Leroy Jones, 29, with first-degree assault in reference to a shooting that occurred August 6th  in the 2900 block of Forbes Drive.
