Burglary Suspect Arrested in Montgomery

A Pine Level burglary suspect was arrested Saturday in Montgomery.  Autauga County Sheriff Joe Sedinger confirmed that Nicky Gaines was apprehended by U.S. Marshals. Officials say deputies attempted to stop Gaines after a suspicious vehicle call on Highway 31 in Pine Level Feb. 13.   Gaines fled the scene and burglarized a home in Pine Level during the manhunt.
