Mr. Sandman Mattress Outlet Owner Arrested on Child Sex Abuse Charges

Mr. Sandman Mattress Superstore owner, David Justice, has been arrested on two counts of Sex Abuse of a Child Under the Age of 12. Police say the actions occurred between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2019 in the 3700 block of Lancaster Lane. Justice, 68, arrested on August 5, has a $60,000 bond. Two businesses lost their licenses following the Montgomery city council meeting tonight. The city council voted unanimously to revoke the licenses of Empire Entertainment Center and Club Ciroc.
