Selma Mayor Defends City Fees for Jubilee Bridge Crossing

From the West Alabama Newsroom– Selma Mayor Darrio Melton defended the city’s position of charging Jubilee organizers more than $23,000 dollars in fees for the event. He also denied allegations that the fees are an effort to try and stop the Bridge Crossing Jubilee from happening. Melton says the city can no longer offer city services for the event at no charge….
