Prattville now has reserved parking places for military veterans. The Montgomery Advertiser reports that the Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce kicked off the program this week, in time for Veterans Day. The Consul General of France in Atlanta will honor eight World War II veterans from Alabama and Mississippi. The ceremony will take place Friday at 1:30 p.m. at Montgomery City Hall.
