Child Abuse Arrest
40-year-old Eric Banks is accused of assaulting his 12-year-old step son. Â According to authorities, Banks body slammed the child and punched him in the face after he was being punished. The child was treated for a ruptured ear drum and blunt force trauma. Banks is being held in the Dallas county jail on a 250-thousand dollar bond.
