2 Alabama Teenagers Shot while Riding a Horse

A sheriff says two Alabama teenagers riding a horse were wounded in a shooting over the weekend.
Al.com reports an 18-year-old suspect, Jason Preston Oliver of Albertville, has been charged with two counts of second-degree assault in the case.
Marshall County Sheriff Scott Walls says the two teen victims were on horseback Saturday night when they were hit by gunfire from a shotgun. They were taken to an area hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The shootings happened near Albertville, about 45 miles southeast of Huntsville.
It was not immediately known if Oliver had an attorney.
